We’re looking for a Growth Associate to join Aave Growth, focused on driving asset listings and expanding Aave across new chains. You’ll work closely with asset issuers and chain foundations to identify high-quality opportunities, structure incentive packages, and bring new markets to Aave. This is a highly commercially driven role where you’ll own the pipeline end-to-end — from sourcing through to closing deals, while shaping where and how Aave grows across the ecosystem.
About Aave Labs
Aave Labs is a software technology company, renowned for building innovative web3 products based on blockchain technologies. Founded by Stani Kulechov, we’ve developed the battle tested Aave Protocol, the Aave-native stablecoin GHO, and Lens, a decentralized social networking protocol. With strategic acquisitions including the metaverse app, Sonar, and Family crypto wallet, Aave Labs is dedicated to realizing a people-powered internet that benefits everyone.
How you can make an impact:

Leading commercial negotiations with asset issuers and chain foundations for listing / deployment coordination and incentive packages (grants, token incentives, co-marketing)
-
Managing the BD pipeline from first contact through to signed agreements and handoff to execution
-
Representing Aave Growth at ecosystem events, summits, and in bilateral conversations with counterparties
Let's connect if you have:
-
Proven track record in BD or partnerships in DeFi, ideally with experience on both the protocol and foundation/issuer side
-
Strong existing network among chain foundations, asset issuers, and ecosystem funds
-
Solid understanding of DeFi lending mechanics, token incentive structures, and governance processes
-
Ability to build and present clear commercial proposals independently
-
Comfortable operating in async, on-chain-native environments
