On aave.com, users can now manage collateral, repayments, and withdrawals more safely and easily, without needing to handle multiple interfaces or approvals. The system provides better prices from CoW Swap's solver competition and includes MEV protection against frontrunning and sandwich attacks.

What Are Swap Adapters?

Swap adapters let users manage complex positions in a single transaction. These tools combine Aave's Flash Loans with CoW Swap's execution to handle operations that would normally require multiple steps.

Users can repay borrow positions using their collateral, swap between different collateral types, change their debt positions, or withdraw and swap assets. Each operation happens atomically, meaning everything completes or nothing does, protecting users from partial execution risks.

How It Works

The integration makes position management easier and users access swap adapters directly through aave.com.

When a user initiates a swap requiring an adapter, Aave's Flash Loans provide temporary liquidity while CoW Swap finds the best execution path. The entire operation settles in one transaction, with users receiving better prices and protection from MEV attacks that can leak value.
