About the Role

This role will manage people operations across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, automation, global compliance, and operational scalability. Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, you will work closely with People, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure our processes are efficient, accurate, and built for a global workforce.

How you can make an impact:

  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for a global workforce
  • Design, optimise, and automate a seamless onboarding experience to ensure fast ramp and strong employee experience
  • Manage and administer HiBob (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and automation
  • Draft and manage global contracts, letters, and core People documentation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for People Operations queries and support
  • Manage global visa and immigration processes, including renewals and tracking
  • Coordinate and oversee background checks and pre-employment screening
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely global payroll, and support audits and reconciliations
  • Administer and manage global benefits programmes and vendor relationships
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to maintain handbooks, policies, and internal compliance requirements
  • Ensure high standards of data integrity, GDPR compliance, documentation, and audit readinessIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardise, and automate People Operations processes
  • Keep our learning management system (LMS) current and organised, ensuring content and access are up to date

Let's connect if you have:

  • 4+ years experience in People Operations in a global organisation
  • Strong experience managing an HRIS (HiBob preferred)
  • Proven experience building or improving onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience supporting global payroll and benefits administration
  • Familiarity with employment/service engagement documentation across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience managing visa/immigration processes and background checks
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Experience navigating an LMS system
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Nice to have: experience in Web3, fintech, or a distributed/contractor-heavy organisation
